Hotel room is dirty - bedclothes are dirty and have holes... Bathroom is not cleaned properly ( wall full of dirty stains, ceiling has mildew, towel handler has never been cleaned, bathtop is rusty etc...), 15 years old iron without water etc... i had dinner in their "Rotisserie" restaurant - same problem of cleanliness ( table cloth with stains : sauce? wine? ). I needed to wait 10 minutes to get my tea during breakfast. Internet very slow. this hotel is overpriced and shouldn't be referenced by Booked.net ; so far, a very bad experience in this hotel. it doesn't worth the price ( it looks cheap but it's overpriced regarding service and cleanliness.. ). Even some 2 stars hotels are cleaner. if Booked.net interested, i kept pictures.

Friendly staff at checkin and entrance. Efficient room cleaners. Excellent location, important sights like Rizal Park and museums within walking distance.
Breakfast room is too small. It was difficult to find a seat.
